SHORT TERM TARGETS

• Improvising on the Quality of Education in the campus
• Signing MOUs with prestigious institutes like NIFT, Kangra and industry.
• Capacity development of the Trainers
• Exposure/Industrial visits for the trainees
• Exploring possibilities of expanding the campus area to accommodate more classes.
• To start HPKVN sponsored short duration courses for creating self employment opportunities for the unemployed Youth.

LONG TERM TARGETS

• To start new generation trade like Solar Technician in the Institute.
• Efforts to start National Service Scheme (NSS)/ Bharat Scout and Guide in the institute to inculcate spirit of socialism/nationalism.
• Strive hard to bring the institute among Top 10 ITIs of the State and Top 100 in the country.
