About Us

This institute was started in the year 2001-02 by the Department of Industry Government of Himachal Pradesh with the aim to provide vocational training to large number of rural youth of Saliana Tehsil of Kangra District. Initially the Institution was started with Two trades, in a rented building Near Handolpat Panchrukhi.The training programme in the State is looked after/governed by the SCVT with Directorate at Sunder Nagar, Distt. Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
