Whilst shaping the young minds into a finest tradesman, transforming them into healthy, sincere, dedicated, responsible and Patriotic citizens of Mother India will be our endeavor. Together we shall strive to upgrade the ITI as a self reliant, proficient, leading technical institute of the state in next 10 years.

MISSION STATEMENT

In our pursuit to realize the vision statement, we all shall strive for:-

• · Optimum utilization of all available seats in different trades by conducting intensive awareness drive among the parents and students sensitizing them about the scope of Industrial Training.

.             Beyond syllabi approach to prepare the trainees for real-time Industrial requirements

• · Arranging visits of prominent personalities and alumnae for developing soft skills and confidence among the trainees.
• · Suitable Industry-ITI interactions at all possible levels for bridging the gap between formal ITI training and the actual demand of the industry.
• · Developing rapport with potential employers for generating ample employability on completion of the training.
• · Establishing beyond campus support to the passed out trainees for arranging better employability avenues and career guidance.
• · Developing personal and professional relationship (inside-and-beyond the campus) with the trainees for effective handholding and feedback regarding efficacy of the training imparted.
• · Focus on sports and extracurricular activities including self defense techniques along with Technical training for all-round physical and character development.
• · All possible efforts to ensure technical acumen of highest degree whilst developing the core traits of honesty, integrity, humanity and nationalism among all the trainees.
